Oxygen concentrators are considered by the manufacturer to be non-reusable equipment therefore returns are not accepted.
DeVilbiss offers a 3-year warranty. If defective within 30 days of purchase, the company will return and replace the concentrator at their cost. After thirty days, you will be responsible for the return of your unit for repair and the manufacturer will pay for the shipment back to you.
